Radio 4 to air another Count Arthur Strong Christmas special
Radio 4 has commissioned another Count Arthur Strong Christmas special.
The new episode will air on December 25, creator Steve Delaney announced online.
In the run-up to the new episode, Radio 4 will repeat the seasonal specials from 2014 onwards at 11.30am on Fridays, starting this week.
Count Arthur’s show first aired on Radio 4 in 2005 and ran for seven series until 2012 when the Count transferred to TV for three series.
However, the washed-up variety star continued to make the Christmas episodes, including two shows in 2016, both of which will be included in the new series of reruns.
