Jenny Eclair announces 60 dates to mark her 60 years

Jenny Eclair is to embark on a 60-date tour to mark her 60th birthday.

The comic – one of the very few to be announcing new dates during the Covid pandemic - had planned to hit the road this autumn.

However, she has now revealed the new dates for the show, titled Sixty! (FFS!) from March next year

But she conceded: ‘We might have to push things back further, but hopefully not so far back that the title contravenes the Trade Descriptions Act’

She also joked to fans: ‘PS: I’m carrying quite a lot of excess lock down weight, which you can feel free to discuss behind my back during the interval.

Eclair currently co-hosts the Older and Wider podcast with Grumpy Old Women producer Judith Holder,  with the spin-off book A Survivor’s Guide To The Menopause released this summer.
